Name: Knox
Gender: Male
Age: 17 moons
Rank: N/A
Current allegiance: Rogue
Personality:
Aggressive: This tom has a hard time trusting and getting close to anyone. To avoid growing close to anyone, Knox gets aggressive but it is only an act. However, if threatened, or one of the few he cares about is threatened, he can become ruthless and is willingly to kill. When it comes to meeting new cats, his first instinct is to fight, and to win. He will defend his 'territory' within an inch of his life and has a hard time admitting defeat, even when it is obvious. His aggressiveness can lead to him jumping into situations without thinking. Also, Knox's aggressiveness has helped him drive away potential enemies, which is why when he meets someone knew he immediately becomes aggressive.
Solitary: The rogue tends to keep to himself, wishing to only rely on himself to survive, mainly so he doesn't let anyone down, or get anyone killed. He uses his aggressive front to drive others away. Knox may be used to being solitary and strives to be alone, but he does miss the company of others. Due to his solitary life, he relies only on himself and has honed his hunting skills, though they could definitely use some work; he has a bad habit of scaring the bigger prey away on accident. Since he is rarely around other cats, the tom rarely talks, causing his voice to sound rough, low, and gravelly when he does speak.
Intelligent: Though quiet, Knox is incredibly intelligent and is very good at thinking ahead, though he doesn't always do so. Much of his intelligence is strategy centered, which is part of the reason he's such a good fighter. He can also be good at reading others, granted that he has some time to observe them. He is very good at remembering the landscape around him and where to find specific things.
Arrogant: The tom looks down upon the clans and finds their rules to be silly and that Starclan is something only idiots would believe in. He's heard the rumors of clan leaders having nine lives and believes it to only be a tall tale to dissuade rival cats from attacking. The rogue sees clan cats beneath himself and thinks they are all weak. Knox believes himself to be the best warrior around, especially since he has scars showing his experience in battle. However, his arrogance can cause him to be blind to some weaknesses of his enemies, thinking that he can beat them by sheer strength and experience.
Reliable: Once you gain his trust, Knox is very reliable and will not let you down. He is determined to protect those around him. If he says he will do something, he will do it; also, he takes promises very seriously so if he ever promises you something you can be positive that he will keep it. He wishes to please those who he trusts and will be their right hand cat. Even if his leader starts to make iffy choices, he will still be on their side and can be counted on.
Insecure: Riddled with insecurities about his appearance and his ability to provide/protect others. Part of him is proud of his scars while the other part finds them repulsive and wishes they weren't there; who would want to be around a cat with a mutilated face? While he does believe himself to be above clan cats, he does not see himself as a very valuable individual. Knox also thinks that perhaps something is inherently wrong with him, stemming from his mother abandoning him as a kit.
Appearance: In between small and average sized, lean, black tom with a white muzzle, blaze, chest, belly, front toes, and back socks. He has a nick on his ear, small scars on his muzzle, and a few on his belly, but those are hard to see through his fur. Medium length fur all over. Tail is longer than average.
Short description: Black and white tom with green eyes, scarred muzzle, and a nicked ear.
History: Knox learned at a young age not to trust his ability to survive. When he was still a kit, his sister and him were abandoned by his mother. The tom was determined to keep himself and his sister alive. The two of them soon worked out a system where his sister would hunt while Knox stayed on the lookout for enemies. They were together for moons before his sister fell into a river, not knowing how to swim, and drowned. He tried to save her but by the time he dragged her ashore it was too late; he blames himself, feeling as though he should have noticed that the rock she was on was loose. Ever since then, the rogue has kept to himself and does not trust himself to be able to provide and protect others.
