(I promised to post a thread with Rookstar today so here it is)
Rookstar let out a small sigh when he trotted back to camp. He was a bit more tired than usual, he knew that he had to get some rest, even if he had more responsibilities than others. The long-furred black and white tom deposited a mouse into the fresh-kill pile before taking a seat. He wasn't gonna have a rest yet, he didn't want to.
The tom scanned the camp with his eyes, hoping to spot someone to talk to. Rookstar liked talking to his clanmates, he always wanted to get to know them a bit better. He didn't know all of his clanmates right now but he did know most of their names. The tuxedo cat's stomach started rumbling. Rookstar hungrily glanced at the fresh-kill pile. "Nah, the others probably need it more than I do."
